Q: Is this product safe for all hair types?
A: Yes! Whether your hair is straight, curly, thick, or fine, our formula is designed to work with your natural texture and enhance it—not fight it.
Q: How do I know which product to use on my hair type?
A: Styling products are measured by their hold and finish (e.g. low, matte, natural, high). Each of our products works on all types of hair. Whether your hair type is straight, wavy, or curly a styling paste has two job…to hold and provide the preferred finish.
Q: Does it have a strong scent?
A: We use a subtle, signature fragrance—clean, modern, and never overpowering. Most users say it fades within 10–15 minutes of application.
Q: Does your products have an expiration date?
A: The shelve life of our styling paste is two years from the manufactured date.
Usage & Application
Q: How do I use the styling paste?
A: Start with a small amount (dime-sized) on dry or towel-dried hair. Rub between the finger tips and distribute evenly beginning from the back of the head then moving to the front of the hairline. Style with fingers or a comb.
Q: Can I use it every day?
A: Absolutely. It’s lightweight, water-based, and won’t cause buildup or scalp irritation.
Q: How do I wash it out?
A: Just rinse with warm water and your regular shampoo. No special cleanser needed.
Shipping & Orders
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

Q: Am I charged sales tax?
A: You are only responsible for the sales taxes that apply to your State of shipment.
Q: What carriers are used for shipping orders?
A: The United States Postal Service is the preferred carrier for all domestic orders.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Worldwide shipping is not considered standard. Shipments are considered on a case-by-case basis and shipping fees, and delivery times vary by location.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes—once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This email will contain a USPS Tracking Number that allows you to search or track packages at www.usps.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, email us for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. Email us at orders@thebestpaste.com. (TBP retains the right to dispute dubious claims)
Q: How does a refund work?
A: The client is issued a full refund for the price of the product to be refunded. All payments are refunded back to the original payment method. The timing of the refund is the sole responsibility of the original payment method. A refund will typically post to the original method of payment in 3 to 7 business days.
Q: My item arrived damaged—what do I do?
A: Email us a photo of the damage at orders@thebestpaste.com, and we’ll send a replacement right away.
