Return Policy
100% Guaranteed. We want you to love it. Return anything, for any reason, within 30 days of the original purchase, for a full refund or exchange.
Let's cover a few details first:
- To be eligible for a refund, returns must be accompanied in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers amended not directly from thebestpaste.com are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- A copy of the original receipt is required for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Lost receipt? We should be able to help locate a copy of the receipt in our system.
- If you are unable to return the product with its receipt and we are unable to verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be in the form of an in-store credit equal to the lowest selling price at which the product was sold by THE BEST PASTE. during the 90-day period preceding the return.
- Returns with a gift receipt can be exchanged for different products or an in-store credit.
- To offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, THE BEST PASTE. reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Return Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
- Gift cards cannot be returned for cash.
- Licensed products and promotional items cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@thebestpaste.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at orders@thebestpaste.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like THE BEST PASTE. merchandise and licensed products. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at orders@thebestpaste.com. The products listed below, but not limited, are considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for refund/exchange. Please refer to product page for final sale indication.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only exchange items returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item,
