International Shipping Policy
Our international shipping combines the capabilities of multiple carriers to deliver packages more efficiently. The cost of shipping international orders will be calculated at checkout. FREE or discounted shipping promotions do not apply to international orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories. The cost of shipping international orders, exchanges, and returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We begin processing your order as soon as it is received. Once your order has been shipped, it's in the hands of the USPS and will usually arrive in three to six business days. Expedited shipping is available in the contiguous United States at an additional cost.
Shipping times and delivery dates for orders outside of the contiguous United States varies depending on location.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, and you'll receive the same loving care as a Subscriber. You will place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information -- exhausting -- and will not be saved for future reference. Additionally, you cannot check your order history or have your shopping basket items saved for next time.

The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?
We’re sorry the item you want is not in stock, we are working on getting it ready for you as soon as we can. You are still able to place an order on the product(s) you want. We will process the delivery once the item is back in stock in the order it was received. We will continue to be transparent with you on the expected ship date.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com. Why hasn't my order arrived?
First, and foremost, we are sorry. You should receive an order confirmation and USPS tracking number within 48 hours of placing the order. If that does not happen, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem.
